Chef’s knife

One of the most important things in the kitchen is a good knife. I prefer a big one, with this one I slice all my food. It saves space, my kitchen is not big.
If you buy one of high quality you can sharpen it when necessary.

This Stelton knife is made of stainless steel, the colour is intriguing.

I use this cheap one of Le Chef, I bought it at Blokker in The Netherlands a couple of years ago:

I find it very important to have a round cutting edge, with a simple movement you can slice real quick through the meat, vegetables etcetera because of the shape.
